Scraps!

What do you do with all of your fabric scraps? Shown here is only a fraction of what I have collected. I definitely need to use them for something.

While browsing on the internet I came across Christa Quilts! Facets Quilt Along where she describes making improv pieced fabric which is used in the quilt. I like the idea of sewing even the smallest pieces together and then cutting up the resulting fabric to use in a quilt or other project. I tend to only use fabric I love, so putting all the fabric scraps together makes me happy. It also lets me just sew – no real thinking involved – just sew pieces of fabric together.
